로고 설명 & 히스토리

아시아 비전포럼(SVF)은 2015년 잠시 시도했던 <루트아시아> 프로젝트와 미약하게나마 관계가 있습니다.
당시 <루트아시아>는 아세안 이슈 전문매체를 표방하면서 창간준비 1호를 발행한 적이 있습니다. 

편집장은 박번순 교수였고, 고문으로는 김홍구 부산외대 교수 등 7명의 편집위원이 있었습니다.

<루트아시아>는 2호가 나오지 못했는데, 필진과 내부 결속력 부족, 

그리고 아세안에 대한 저변의 이해 부족이 결정적이었습니다.

오랜 휴지기를 거쳐

2024년 2월,  여러 전문가들의 고민끝에 

<아시아 비전 포럼>이라는 이름으로 창립준비위원회를 발족하게 되었습니다. 

당초 제안된 타이틀은 <사우스 비전 포럼 | South Vision Forum>, 한국어로 "남방포럼"이었습니다.

여러 선생님들의 제안으로, 사우스 보다는 보편적인 "아시아"라는 이름으로 교체를 결정하고

최종적으로 "아시아 비전 포럼(AVF)"로 이름을 확정하고 연구 모임을 출범하였습니다.

로고는 심플하게 "아시아 비전 포럼"이라는 제목을 담고 있습니다.

가운데 심볼은 지구본을 형상화 했는데,

시선을 지구의 남반구에서 바라보며 "South"에 대한 관심을 표명하게 되었습니다.

아시아, 라는 지도적 표식은 뚜렷하게 보이지 않는데, 

이는 우리가 "아시아"를 지향하면서도 동시에 "전 지구적" 보편성을 추구함을 의도합니다.

나아가

파란색은 북쪽을, 남족은 녹색으로 표시하여  

남국과 북국의 환경적 철학적 차이를 보여주고 있습니다.

디자인은, 2024년 박유경 작가가 하였으며, 

현재 상표권 등록 절차를 밟고 있습니다.
